During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 2113107 Please note gate is self closing and self latching and that the 6' fence has max 24"
openings as well. Also, please clarify if fence extends along the East side of the pool as well.
Currently it is only shown on the North and South side of the pool. On the site plan show
extent of fence surrounding swimming pool area. Per ECDC 19.00.005(0)(7) all swimming
pools must be completely surrounded by a 6' high fence with openings no larger than 2". All
gates must be self closing self latching.. If current fence does not meet these requirements fence
must be upgraded.

3) 2113107 Ledger attachment shown in details l and 2 on sheet 3 does not meet conventional
construction. Please provide calculations to justify. Please provide building sections (one
North/South and the other East/West) from the foundation through the roof at the garage
showing foundation dimensions, weather protection where garage door was, insulation, floor
joists, ledger, etc.).
4) 2113107 New: The decks were removed off the site plan but the floor plans still show sliding
glass doors off each side. Please show minimum 36" landings at each door on the site plan as
well as the floor plans and specify height above grade. Add stairs if necessary.
