During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response
to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. JoAnne Zulauf is your City contact for this project.
1.Please call out this section of Glen Street to be private road.
2.Call out the old house as shown on the plans as “to be demolished”.
3.Show the full extents of all easements encumbering and/or benefiting this property.
4.Povide copies of the legal descriptions for the all easements encumbering and/or benefiting this property.
5.Call out proposed pipe material and size for the entire storm system.
6.Indicate how the driveway will be sloped to capture the impervious surface runoff.
7.Show the point of connection for the catch basin in the driveway to the storm system. The runoff from this
impervious area shall be tied to the storm detention system.
8.Provide a storm detention system calc worksheet. Please refer to Storm Water Management handout #E72.
9.Show the location of the storm detention system and required catch basins on the drainage plan.
10.Provide RIM and invert elevations for all CB’s, proposed and existing.
11.Show the tightline point of connection to the storm detention system.
12.Indicate where the footing drains will outfall to. If they are to be tied to the storm system they shall bypass
the detention system.
13.Show the location of the proposed water meter.
14.Provide 10’ separation between the sanitary side sewer and the water service line.
15.The sanitary sewer shall have a 6” cleanout installed on the street side of the easement with a 12” CI locking
lamphole cover at finished grade. The side sewer can be 4” from the property line to the house. A 4”
cleanout is required at the house. Please show these requirements on the plans.
16.Please provide the lowest bottom of footing elevation for each step in the foundation, if any. Grading
calculations will be verified once this information is received.

17.Please revise the grading plan to show proposed topography contours. The plans indicate cut and fill along
the north side of the property, but an elevation for each cut/fill has not been provided and does not tie back
into the existing topo contours.
18.Indicate all temporary erosion control measures on the plans.
Show the location of the rock entrance to be installed on site..

Show the location of the silt fence to be installed on site.
o
Filter socks shall be placed in surrounding catch basins to protect the storm system.
