Dear Mr. Adams,
This letter supersedes previous letters sent to your office regarding the date of permit
application expiration for the referenced applications. Due to a review error made by the
City's structural consultant, the City shall extend the application date of the referenced
permit applications to March 14, 2008, The City would be agreeable to complete the
third review of the application materials by this deadline—provided complete submittals
are put forward to the City by no later than 4:00p.m., Friday March 7, 2008. Failure of
design team members to submit complete and adequate responses to all outstanding City
comments to date shall not extend the timeline of the referenced applications and the
applications shall expire at end of business day March 14, 2008.
If the applications expire the applicant would be required to submit new permit
applications, have plans updated to the 2006 Codes and remit new plan review fees.
