Project: Detached Garage Revision
Project Address: 7025 174th St SW
During re -review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.
1) Revise site plan to show new smaller detached garage (22'x22'). Also provide revised height
calculations for new 9' wall and 5:12 pitch roof. Show average, maximum and actual heights on
the elevation views. Please provide 3 new site plans scaled 1"=20' and one on 8 %2" x 14" or
smaller paper.
2) Also on the site plan re -label proposed structure (i.e. unheated shop). Without garage doors this
is no longer a garage.
3) Specify on the plans if the show will be heated or unheated. If heated, specify how it will be
heated (furnace, wall heaters, etc.) and how it complies with the 2004 energy code (R38 ceiling,
R21 wall and R-10 slab insulation.
4) Note on plan says add 4' high retaining wall engineering by others. Please submit details and
engineering for proposed 4' retaining wall.
