During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please clarify what T&B stands for. This is called out in several rooms that appear to be closets
and I am unfamiliar with this term.
2) Please specify slope of ramp shown on the main floor. Also, specify construction type (wood,
concrete, etc) and whether or not it is existing or proposed. If propose provide construction
details. See attached ramp detail.
3) For all exit doors please note if they are at grade (no step).
4) Based on the floor plan submitted all rooms have more than 1 exit at grade (no step) so the
rooms should be NS2 designation. Please revise plans if at least two exits per floor are at grade
or with complying ramp.
5) Specify use of space for area between Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 (i.e. hall, etc.).
