The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings for review.
Jan, the proposed Site, Drainage and Grading plans must coincide with the Civils. Please revise all three
plans to match the information as shown in the Civils, i.e.
Water service line from the meter to the house.
·
Sidesewer from the property line to the house.
·
Storm connection. Provide elevations of catchbasin in the driveway.
·
Rockery/modular block wall as shown in the Civil plans.
·
Existing and proposed contours and elevations as shown in the Civil plans.
·
Access and utility easement as shown in the Civils.
·
Footting drains for the house and/or rockery/modular block wall.
·
If you have any questions please call. You may choose to combine all three plans into one, for the utility
information you are providing is the same.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
