During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.The site plans submitted with each of the TIs show improvements to be done which are actually existing
and were constructed under a separate permit. Please revise the site plans to be consistent with the work
proposed under the application.
2.Please submit a traffic impact analysis that addresses each of the tenant improvement spaces. Please
indicate the existing use for each of the spaces and the proposed use for each of the spaces. If the change in
use creates a greater impact you will be required to pay impact fees. If the change in use creates less of an
impact then no additional fees will be required. Please refer to the Traffic Impact Analysis Requirements

Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents and a written response to Marie Harrison.
