During review of the re-submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed: Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site plan to a
Development Services Coordinator.

2.Essentially a haul route plan is required. Please provide notes on the plan (redline okay) to indicate haul
route.

5.Fire Department comments dated July 26, 2007 note the requirement for a Fire Connection Permit. It is also
stated that the Fire Connection must be submitted with the civil engineering plans. In reviewing the project
file it appears there is not a set of civil drawings for this project. The information required for the Fire
Connection can be added to the Site Plan with a separate detail sheet. The plans shall show all required
valves, vault location, vault sizing, pipe size & material, etc. consistent with City standard details

7.Sewer line adequacy must be determined at this time as all site improvement work will be approved under
this permit, not the plumbing permit as referred to in the response letter. The location of the existing sewer
line and pipe size needs to be shown on the site plan and the adequacy of the line size must be verified.

8.The location of the existing water service and meter as well as the size of each shall be shown on the site
plan. As noted, an RPBA with hotbox is required. Show the location of the hotbox/RPBA on private
property immediately after the meter.
