During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1. The Site Plan you have submitted does not coincide with the approved Site Plan dated November 2, 2006,
copy included. Please revise and make sure all the utilities information is included in the new Site Plan. I.e.
water service line, sidesewer, footing drain, downspout drains, driveway drain, etc.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please

regarding these plan corrections.
