The water meter and water service line from the meter to the house. · The sanitary sewer from the property line to the house. · The existing storm system. Make sure to include catch basins, detention pipe (material and · diameter), and point of connection to City of Edmonds storm system 2.Please show the impervious surface calculation broken down as existing, proposed and total. Note that the size of the detention system, if one exists, is dictated by the total impervious surface new and proposed. This means that if the detention, if one exists; system does not have adequate capacity to accommodate the new proposed impervious surface you shall mitigate for the new run off by enlarging the system. 3.If a detention system exists, please show the roof tight line system connecting to the detention system. 4.Your impervious surface calculation does not add up. The rectangle measured in the Site plan is 40-ft X 15-ft an equivalent of 600-sq-ft of new impervious surface. You only show 150-sq-ft. Please revise. In addition, unless the driveway run-off is collected in the detention system (if one exists) you do not get credit for the removed section of the driveway when calculating the proposed impervious surface. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
