During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.

5) 12/7/06 Retaining wall is still not shown and side walk is not clearly shown. Also $!arage
addition is still not shown sticking out farther than existing garage. Please add this
information to the plans. 11/20/06 Still need. No response given. Still need cross re erenced
on the site plan. Currently the sidewalk and retaining wall are not shown on the site plan.
Also, on the site plan accurately show addition size and -location as well as all distances to the
property line. Site elan shows garage addition even with the existing garage but the plans
show that it sticks out about 2.5 feet. Still need Cross reference the retaining wall detail
location on the plans as well as the site plan.
