During review of the above noted application, .it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please provide scaled site plan on 8 1/2" x 14" paper or smaller. Site plan provided does not seem
to be to scale and setback dimensions are not proportionate to other dimension.
2) Provide foundation section detail or add all application foundation information to section detail
on sheet S1.3 (Le. rebar size and spacing, footing and wall dimensions, etc.). Also, R403.1.3
requires all vertical rebar to have a standard hook. Note on detail.
3) Exterior walls do not meet minimum wall bracing required by 1RC 602.10. Provide lateral
calculations stamped and signed by a Washington State Licensed Engineer or alter plans to meet
minimum wall bracing requirements.
4) Update all code references on the plans to reflect the current 2003 International Residential and
International Building Codes (IRC and IBC).
