Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) Cross reference all details on sheet S to their location on the plans. Cross out any details that do not apply to this house. 2) 8403.1.3 requires all vertical rebar to have a standard hook. Revise all applicable foundation details on sheet S to reflect. 3) On the post/beam detail on sheet 5 the past -to -footing connector must be visible to the inspector in order to verify. Please revise detail to show visible post -to -footing connector. 4) On the floor plan show minimum 36" hard surface landing outside garage man door.
