expansion anchor size and spacing attaching the ledger to the foundation wall. Special
inspections are required for expansion anchors. Complete the enclosed special inspection testing
agreement signed by the owner, general contractor and special inspector. Special inspector must
either be a Structural Engineer or a WABO certified inspector.
