Provide written responses to each comment and where changes can be found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator. 1. Suite numbering does not appear to coordinate with past permits issued for this complex. Please provide a suite numbering plan, including names of existing businesses in each suite, for our records. 2. Note the floor area of each tenant space (C and D) on the coversheet, and delineate the different . suites on the floor plan. Does Labor Ready occupy both suites? 3. Provide all uses of space on the floor plans. 4. Provide dimensioned, enlarged details of each accessible restroom showing compliance with ICC/ANSI A117.1 sections 603, 604, 606, 609. The utility sink must meet accessibility requirements. 5. Since 2 restrooms were created from one large restroom (as noted in the description of work), were both restroom exhaust fans existing or is one new? Please clarify. Also note the cfm of the exhaust fans. 6. Provide detail of lateral bracing of new non-bearing wall to the roof deck per IBC 1621.1.2, ASCE 7 Section 9.6.2.8.1
