During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Show 2% minimum slope for waterproof deck.
2) Minimum ledger lag bolt/screw size and spacing is 3/8" x 41/z" at 4" o.c. Revise ledger notes on
section detail or provide calculations stamped and signed by a Washington State Licensed
Professional Engineer to justify size and spacing shown on plans.
3) Specify footing size. Minimum 12" x 12" x 12" poured concrete is required. If footings are
smaller than this provide calculations stamped by Washington State Licensed Professional
Engineer note on plans new footings to be poured 12" x 12" x 12".
