During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 5/23/07 Per our phone conversation the overall floor plan submitted is for the upper level.
Please provide complete lower floor plan showing the garage and all other rooms on this
floor. Per our conversation the code does not allow bedrooms to have direct connection with
the garage. Please clearly show this on the plans. On the overall floor plan of the house please
clearly show which room was remodeled. Permit application also mentioned a bathroom that
was remodeled. Please also show this on this plan and show fixture location (sinks, toilet,
shower, etc.).
2) 5/23/07 This window must meet minimum egress requirements (44" maximum sill height, 5 7
square feet of openable area.). Please clearly note sill height and openable dimension of
window on the site plan. On the before and after floor plans please clarify if the 14' glass
window was replaced and/or relocated. The size seems to be the same on both plans but the
location seems to change. If window was replaced/re-located please also provide dimensions of
the walls on either side of the window.
