Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) Specify spacing of deck joists. 2x6 joists at 24" o.c. are over spanned. Please spcify 2x6 at 16" o.c. or upgrade to 2x8 at 24" o.c. 2) Provide section detail through the footings near the rockery/retaining walls to show that a surcharge is not being place on the rockery or from the rockery to the footings (45 degree angle). 3) Minimum ledger lag bolt size and spacing is 318" x 4 %Z" at 6"o.c. Revise plans or provide calculations stamped and signed by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer.
