During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Minimum ledger lag bolt size and spacing is 318" x 4 %2" at 4" o.c. Revise detail 1 on sheet 4 or
provide calculations to justify size and spacing shown on plans.
2) Minimum footing depth required for the existing and new footings is 12". Revise plans or
provide calculations to justify 9 %" depth shown on the plans.
