This is in response to your letter dated February 23, 2007, which requested a driveway
slope waiver for your planned driveway at 901 Cedar Street.
The drawing you submitted with your letter indicates that the slope for the west half of
the driveway will range from approximately 6% to approximately 13. 5%, and that the
maximum slope in all but the east edge of the driveway will be approximately 18.1 %.
Your letter and drawing indicate that the slope of the steepest portion of the driveway
will be approximately 20.4%, and that this slope will be limited to within three feet of the
east edge of the driveway.
Due to the constraints of the existing slope of Cedar Street to the south of your property,
your request for driveway slope waiver is approved to a maximum slope of
approximately 20.4% limited to the eastern three feet of the driveway, and a maximum
slope of approximately 18.1 % in the rest of the eastern half of the driveway, as indicated
on the drawing provided with your letter of February 23, 2007.
