Dear Applicant,
I have re-reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can
continue. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to working with
you on this project.
Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
:
1.AwningsThank you for revising the awnings so that they are only 30” deep and project at most 30”
into the setback. I see that in the detail. There are only a couple of pages where the awnings
(“entrance canopies”) are still shown at about 4’ deep, which was confusing me. To prevent any
future misunderstanding in the field, could you please redline the elevations (pages A3.1 and A4.1) to
show that they are only 30” deep. Thanks in advance!

2.LLA (PLN-2007-0085) Thanks for submitting the final map documents for me to review and sign. I
signed them last week and I’ll just need three large copies with the recording number on them as soon
as you have it recorded. I keep checking for it online, but it hasn’t been posted yet. I’m looking
forward to closing out your lot line adjustment file.
