Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1. Landscape Plan:
Your resubmittal letter mentions that the bid is attached, but I did not find it in your file. Please
provide a written bid/itemized cost estimate for the landscaping proposed (including labor). This will
help determine the landscape inspection fee (and performance bond, if applicable).
2. SEPA:
A SEPA DNS was issued on 02.14.2006 because the office and warehouse space was over 4000
square feet in area. It was also noted that approximately 200 cubic yards of excavation would be
involved with this project. Please contact me immediately if you think grading will exceed 500 cubic
yards of either cut or fill, because we need to either process an addendum to your original SEPA (if at
all possible) or issue a new SEPA determination ($420 + new checklist and mailing labels required).
Thank you for your cooperation. Please provide a written response to the above mentioned items. And,
please redline your plans to reflect any changes – or, if you are submitting new plans, please submit 3
site plans (one must be reduced size) and 2 sets of the changed pages of the plans. Please make all
submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator (Theresa Umbaugh) Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, or Friday, 8am to 4pm. I am the Planner assigned to this project. If you have any questions,
