20070695 Launceford Add.4.doc
Jared,
I am waiting for Don Fiene to complete the review of the Storm Drainage Calculations. The only
comments I have are that the water service line and the side sewer line are not added to the site
plan. As the water and sewer mains both run along Sound View I am concerned about the
elevations and how they will be crossed by the added storm drain line to or from the infiltration
system. We do not have any asbuilts in our files for either water or sewer for this property
unfortunately. At very least by locating the water meter and sewer clean out at property line and
making an assumption about where those enter the house, you can redline the site plan. Then,
unless they both run under the driveway which is doubtful, I would like a note added to the
drainage plan regarding keeping the 12" minimum separation between water/sewer and the
storm drain line and if unable to avoid then appropriate sleeving of pipes will be placed etc..
Just in case, I would wait to hear from Don regarding any changes necessary to the calculations
before worrying about coming in and redlining. Hopefully he will be able to get to this project by
the end of the day today but with his time in the office so limited I can't guarantee it. I will let you
know as soon as he has completed his review.

JoAnne,
I was hoping for a status report on the Launceford Residence (bld20070695). We submitted a set
of civil drawings dated 6/25/08 and I wanted to see if they had been approved. If there are any
additional comments could you please email a copy to me?
