During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please add the following information to the site plan.
■ Site plan must be scaled no smaller than. 1 "=20' and one on paper no larger than 8 %z" x 14"
paper. Please submit 3 new copies. The new site plan must clearly show all items in the
attached handout for minimum site plan requirements (structures, alley, roads, etc.).
■ Clearly show extent (height, material, etc.) of existing and proposed fence. Because this is
surrounding a swimming pool it must meet the minimum ECDC 19.00.005(C)(7). See
attached handout for minimum fence and gate requirements. Please add all this information
to the site plan showing compliance with this section.
