Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1) 7/23/07 New plan submitted does not show property lines, alley, streets, etc. Please submit clear and accurate site plan. See attached sample for minimum submittal requirements. Please add the following information to the site plan. ■ Site plan must be scaled no smaller than 1"-20' and one on paper no larger than 8 %2" x 14" paper. Please submit 3 new copies. The new site plan must clearly show all items in the attached handout for minimum site plan requirements (structures, alley, roads, etc.). ■ 7/23/07 application form submitted mentions a 2' lattice on top offence. Please clearly show location offence with lattice on top. Clearly show extent (height, material, etc.) of existing and proposed fence. Because this is surrounding a swimming pool it must meet the minimum ECDC 19.00.005(C)(7). See attached handout for minimum fence and gate requirements.
