During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) In regards to our emails back and forth last week I am still not clear as to the new window
location. Please provide existing and proposed floor plans showing existing and then proposed
locations of all cabinets, plumbing, windows, etc. On the proposed please also indicate header
size over relocated window.
2) Per my email if the window is moving closer to the building corner then it will not meet
conventional wall bracing. If this is the case please provide lateral calculations stamped and
signed by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer.
