During re -review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.
1) 8/9/07 This item still needs to be addressed. See comments from planning dated July 26, 2007
regarding height survey. This must be addressed before height inspection can be approved.
2) 8/9/07 Please clearly show where each of these elevations occur on the site plan. I was only
able to locate a few of the paints as well as which rockery is which. This information must he
clearly labeled on the site plan. Also at resubmittal, please submit a reduced site plan scaled
no smaller than I "=20' on 8 I/ "x 14" or smaller paper. Please add top and bottom wall
elevations to the proposed rockery per my field correction dated June 19, 2007. Calculations are
no longer required but top and bottom wall elevations must be noted on the plans.
3) 8/9/07please clearly distinguish between the fence lines and topography lines (i.e. bold or
darker dashed lines). If I remember correctly the fences are on top of the rockeries. Please
clarify if the 5.5' above grade is above the rockery or from the bottom of the rockery. Please
add all fences, gates, etc. that were constructed on the site plan including the one between the
house and detached garage. Please also note heights.
