During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1. Stop work was posted at property 8/30/07. Building permit has not been issued yet.
Encroachment permit is not a building permit.
2. Please review attached handout outlining City of Edmonds fence requirements. Work
performed exceeds allowable height limitations.
3. Work performed does not match submitted plans for review. Please submit detailed elevation
view of proposed fence/screen with dimensions, materials.
4. Please submit 3 new or redline current site plans to show footage length of fence proposed.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
