I have reviewed the drainage plans for "929 Cary Rd i Strickland
Residence".
BNSF will not oppose your plans to exclude a water retention feature
from the project. This is due to the following considerations:
1, This will be a very minor change to the amount of water exiting
through BNSF property.
2. Water draining off the Strickland property will flow well ahead of
the peak flow from the basin
The plans are acceptable to BNSF Railway,
