Description of Violation: 1) Additional dwelling units developed within a single family residence
without a licable Planning and Building permits.
Corrective Action Required -J) Please contact the Code Enforcement Division to respond to the
complaint. 2) Please provide any permits or information that would clarify the status of the single
family residence or second or third dwelling units on the property. 3 Please provide an
.inspection time for the City to inspect the premises to ascertain the necessary actions to address
any code violations.
Correction is Required no later than: 4:00pm (time) Mav 31 2005 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the -violation continues.
