Project. Cutter's Point -- Plumbing
Project Address: 636 Daley Street
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and where
changes can be found on the plans. Please resubmit to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. Provide drainage fixture unit calculations to verify DWV sizing (see UPC Table 7-3 and 7-5).
Water supply fixture unit calcs were provided with the application, but not drainage fixture unit
calcs.
2. Note the type of piping (ABS, PEX (include mfg), copper, etc).
3. Note and verify the slope of the drain/waste piping (minimum 2%).
4. Show location of 6" cleanouts at exterior of building at hookup to side sewer to coordinate with
civils.
5. Will the hydronic heating be included with this application, the mechanical application, or under
a separate permit application? If it will be included in this application, note whether the boilers
will feed both domestic and hydronic lines, show locations of RPBAs including model number,
and note whether it will be in -floor or with radiant wail heaters (or a combination of both).
Provide manufacturer's installation information for the boilers. Will hydronic heat be installed
