Please clarify and provide foundation detail far new area. Provide complete gravity (beam) calculations for all proposed beams. Also, provide general roof, floor and foundation plans to show how all loads are carried to bearing. 11/7/07 Please reference all details to their location on the plans Also, for raise floor detail on sheet 4 please provide calculations for ledger attachment and special what it is attaching to (i.e. studs, rim joist, etc.). Provide section detail through garage door area to show how new framed wall will be weatherproofed. ok ok ok 11/7/07 All the rooms were designated as NSI but they appear to have to complying ramp exits If this is the case then they can be NS2. Please sped on the plans. On the floor plan please specify room designations (NS 1, NS2 or S) per State Licensing code requirements for each sleeping room. Provide construction details and plans for proposed ramp. Elevation views appear to show pre -cast concrete piers. Please note they do not meet conventional construction.
