During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1. The Encroachment Permit Application and Agreement shall include both the fence and the sign that
encroach into the City right-of-way. Please show all sections of the fence that encroach into City of
Edmonds right-of-way.
2. The Encroachment Agreement:
o The legal description for the property is to be attached as Exhibit "A" and must follow the County
requirements for recording. This includes a minimum I" margin and minimum font size of 8,pt.
o A partial site plan showing the encroachment area is to be attached as Exhibit "B"' and also must follow
the County requirements for recording. The site plan must show all areas in which the fence encroaches
into the City right-of-way as well as the location of the sign that encroaches into the City right-of-way.
