During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications are needed.
1) Cantilevered retaining wall calculations submitted do not take into account the surcharge from
the existing foundation and slabs. Engineer of Record to justify.
2) It is still unclear on the site plan which lines are the property lines. I spoke with Gina Coccia in
the Planning department regarding plan you emailed to me and neither of us are comfortable
transferring the lines to the submitted site plans. Please either redline plans on file or submit new
site plans that clearly show the property lines. Also, a reduced site plan is required (3 site plans
total). The reduced site plan must be legible (1"=20' preferred) on 8 1/2" x 14" or smaller paper.
