During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. City of Edmonds handouts and standard details can be referenced on the City
website at www.ci.edmonds.wa.us, under Development Services Department, Engineering Division.
Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of
the items below to Theresa Umbaugh.
1.It appears as though the spa addition extends out into the existing parking lot. Is this correct? Are any new
impervious areas created by this expansion? Please call out impervious areas on the site plan.
2.Clearly identify any changes to the existing parking lot configuration. Will the number of parking stalls on
site be reduced? Will any additional striping be required? Parking stalls must meet City minimum
requirements of 8 ½ x 16 ½.
3.Please revise the site plan to show City streets adjacent to the property.
4.Please show any utilities within the vicinity of the addition.
