During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.

1.12/19/07 comment - Please submit a traffic control plan for review and approval. A lane closure on 100
will be required in order to complete the frontage improvements.
1/16/08 Request to defer sumbmittal has been received. A note has been added to the plans that states

no work within the City right-of-way shall commence prior to submittal and City approval of a traffic
control plan.

4.12/19/07 comment - The driveway entrance on 100 shall be constructed per City standard details E2.27-
High traffic load driveway access and E2.15-Curb ramp, without truncated domes. Please provide reference
to and include these details in the plan set.
1/16/08 It appears as though standard detail E2.16 was mistakenly added to sheet A0.4 instead of

E2.15. Please revise.
5.1/16/08 Request for additional driveway width has been received and staff determination is as noted
below. City staff still needs to complete the notification procedures required by ECDC 20.95.050.
