During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.

5) 12/12/07 Still need. Pack should be stamped by a Washington State Licensed Engineer with
all applicable information showing thatpanels are designed to the City of Edmonds Design
Criteria (25 mph snow load, 85 mph wind load and seismic design category D2). Provide
manufactures specifications and installation instructions for proposed pre -manufactured roof
panels.
6) 12/12/07 Still Need. Proposed structure does not meet conventional construction. Provide
complete gravity and lateral calculations for proposed sunroom stamped and signed by a
Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer. The Engineer you choose needs to take into
account known organic soils in this area when designing the foundation and the pre -
manufactured roof panels when designing the roof supports.
7) 12/12/07 Still Need. Due to the known organic soils in your area special inspection is required
for soil bearing verification. Complete the enclosed special inspection agreement signed by the
owner, the general contractor and the special inspector (Washington State Licensed Professional
Engineer) and submit to the City for approval prior to issuance.
