Project Address: 931 Mountain Lane
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Note garage/dwelling separation on plans. Minimum %2" sheetrock required on garage side of
wall and 518" type X on the ceiling when there is habitable space above and minimum 20 minute
rated or 13/8" solid core door.
2) Specify existing and proposed deck material. If going from pervious deck to impervious deck
then impervious surface calculations are required on the site plan.
3) Clearly distinguish on the plans between existing and proposed construction (Lc roof framing
plan -are any changes proposed or is this all existing? )
4) For Beam 2 on sheet A7 please specify nailing for this built up beam. Notes says nailing per
602.3(1) but please add this specific information to the plans.
5) Beam. F is not called out in the beam schedule. Please add this information to the schQdule.
6) Note on plans kitchen stove fan is minimum 100 cfm.
7) 1 was unable to locate and shear information on the plans. Please add all required shear
information, as called out in the structural calculations, to the plans.
