Please show all utilities on site/plot plan: side sewer from main to house, water service line front meter to house, storm drainage. Also indicate any public or private casements. See Handout (#1357) (attached) for all information required on Site/Plot Plan. This information must be on the reduced Site/Plot Plan as well. 2. Impervious surface calculations should include all structures, asphalt, concrete, gravel, etc. Please see Our Storm Water Management handout (E#72) for guidance on areas considered impervious. See site/plot plan example for correct form to present impervious surface, include year built for existing. Please resubmit site plan with corrected impervious surface calculations, Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
