Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below… th 1.Address: Please revise the address on the site plan, it should be 6904 174 Street SW. 2.Patios: Are any patios proposed? If so, please include them on the site plan. 3.Grading: Please confirm the grading estimate. If either 500 cubic yards of cut or fill is proposed, review under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) is required – please contact me immediately to go over the requirements if you think you might be close. 4.Height Calculations: Please take another look at the height calculations provided on the site plan, confirm that they are taken from original grade, and respond to the following items. If revisions are necessary, please revise both the site plan and the elevations (sheet 4). a. When you add up the four height elevations provided in the Height Calculation box, the “Average Grade” is off, which throws off the rest of the math. b. Point “A” is shown as 427 but it also looks close to the 422 contour. c. Point “B” is shown as 438 but it also looks close to the 428 contour. 5.Rockery Height: Please confirm the rockery height as measured from top of rock to original grade. The Planning Division calculates height based on original grade. Structures (anything over three feet in height) are required to meet setbacks, so the rockery height within the setback area cannot exceed three feet as measured from top of rock to original grade. Please clarify rockery height on the site plan in relation to original grade.
