During rereview of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.

2) 2/5/08 Please clarify egress window for bedroom 4. Clearly note on the floor plan which
windows are existing and which ones are to be replaced and if new or larger than what was is
currently there. Also, note all safety glazed and egress windows (i.e. safety glazing required for
window next to foyer door, master bathroom tub, egress out of bedroom 4, etc.).

7) 2/5/08 Still need section detail this area showing how the wall will be adjusted and is meeting
the minimum 6'-8" headroom. Provide section detail at the stair showing how the minimum 6'-
8" headroom will be met. Also, specify if the stairs them selves will be replaced. If so, show
rise, run„ etc.
8) 2/5/08 Response says per owner's detail but nothing was provided. Still need. It appears that
there will be a site built shower. Provide shower pan construction detail including materials,
drain, slope, etc.
9) 2/5/08 Still neem Response says to be provided by owner. Provide manufactures installation
instructions for proposed sauna.

12) 2/5/08 Please show direction of floor joists on this detail and also on the framing plans show
where these joists stop (Le. at this 6x10 or back on the 4x10 behind). Provide a section detail
from the foundation through the roof at the living room area where the floor level is being
lowered.

foundation. Revise detail or provide calculations to justify post supported on slab and edge of
existing footing by a Washington State Licensed Professional Engineer. On the basement plan
there is a post shown just inside the foundation wall for the proposed 6x10 beam. Please clarify
how this is supported (new footing?).
