During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following infannation,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
General
1) Please add the following information to the site plan.
■ 2/5/08 Any adjacent roads, streets or access easements must be shown on the site plan.
Also, by ECDC definition any access easement that serves 5 or more lots is considered a
street for setback purposes. Show West street/right of way on the plot plan.

M 2/5/08 Please clearly note on the site plan that this is not a driveway (Le. patio?) and that
it is not for vehicular access or parking. This area still looks like a driveway. Specify
elevation of block wall at the new driveway to verify that no surcharge will be placed on the
walls.
You may redline plans or resubmit three (3) new site plans scaled no smaller than 1"=20' and
one on paper no larger than 8 %" x 14".
