temporary certificate of occupancy at the Edmonds Professional Center project building permit #2006-
1195 on February 7, 2003. All fire & life safety, site work and egress will be complete for all the new
spaces except for the Suite 2300 (Summit T.I.), which will be completed by 41110$.
