During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please provide more information for hot tub shown on the site plan. Is it supported on grade?
How high is it above grade? Is there a wood deck around or supporting it or is it concrete? How
high above grade is the patio or deck? All this information is required to determine 1) If a permit
was required for the hot tub and 2) If it is permitted within the setback area.
2) Plans shows stairs off the existing deck and a fence that is not on the site plan. Please provide
accurate site plan.
3) Clarify how far existing beam to be unchanged between the kitchen and dining room goes. The
demo plans shows wall being cut back. Please clearly show how all loads are carried to bearing
in this area.
