Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below… 1.Height: Thank you for updating the height calculations. It looks like you updated the height rectangle to enclose all of the structure – thank you. You changed the SW point from 98.70 to 97.33, but your height calculations still include the old point (98.70). When I did the math, using the new number seems to have put you over the 25’ limit. Please explain/revise/modify – I’d be happy to go over this further with you. Once you update your calculations, please transfer these numbers onto an elevation view showing the “average grade” line, the “maximum elevation” line, and the “actual height” (redlining your plans is acceptable). 2.Elevations: Response received – thank you. 3.Design Review: Response received – thank you. 4.Landscaping: Response received – thank you. 5.Land Use: Response received – thank you. 6.Rooftop Mechanical Equipment: \[No response received from 5/12/2008\]Is there any rooftop mechanical equipment proposed? If so, how will it be screened from view? Will it be painted to match the roof? If proposed, please show how it remains under the height limit. Please provide a response.
