Project: Clifford Kitchen Addition
Project Address: 19721 86`h Place W.
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please add the following information to the site plan.
a Label the rear deck as existing on the site plan.
You may redline plans or resubmit three (3) new site plans scaled no smaller than. 1 "=20' and
one on paper no larger than 8 1/2" x 14".
2) Please submit contractors written bid for the interior remodel portion of work only. If work is to
be done by owner please submit complete list of materials by type, quantity and cost.
3) R403.1 requires all exterior walls to be supported on a continuous foundation. Engineer of
record to provide calculations to justify support on slab or revise plans to show conventional
foundation. If slab is to remain then Engineer of Record must also justify anchor bolt
embedment as specified in the shear wall table as the slab will not accommodate these bolts.
4) Minimum wall insulation is R-21. Revise to 2x6 walls or specify rigid R-21 insulation.
