Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to working with you on this project.
Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
1.Height:
Sheet 2 of the plans show the ridge at 125.5, while Sheet 14 shows the proposed new ridge at 124.75.
Please confirm – did you drop the height a little bit since the previous plans were reviewed? If not, please
make sure the height calculations match on all sheets.

2.Site Plan Please identify (label) the deck on the site plan.
3.Zone:
Just a reminder, this property is in the RS-20 zone; I have re-labeled the site plan accordingly.
4.Trees/Landscaping:
Please confirm – are any trees to be removed with this proposal? If so, please submit a
tree clearing and landscape plan for review.
5.Building Footprint:
Please refresh my memory, I can’t seem to find my notes – how and why is the proposed
structure only 10’ from the north property line when it looks different in design than what was originally
proposed through the variance process?
6.SEPA:
You have indicated that there will be 492 cubic yards of material removed and 15 cubic yards of fill
with this project. Please confirm – grading is to encompass the entire project. If you think that there is a
possibility that grading could exceed 500 cubic yards of cut, please submit an Environmental Checklist, a
notarized Adjacent Property Owner (APO) list, and the $420 review fee at your earliest convenience. Please
submit these items to my attention so I can begin working on them.
