The City is in receipt of the alternate design request for the existing entrance at the John
L. Scott Realty tenant space. After reading the materials provided, additional information
is required as the current request did not satisfy the argument for technically infeasible.
Please supplement the application with the following:
• Explain how the existing entrance is non -conforming
• Explain in detail why it is technically infeasible for the entrance to comply
• Provide a detail of the door signage and buzzer proposed
• Provide details showing reach ranges to buzzer and height of signage
Once the City receives this information a timely response will occur.
