It is situated on the east side of North Meadowdale Road. North Meadowdale Road as it pusses the site is a steepish, downhill to the north, The building pad and garage apron are upslope from the road. This roadway, site, driveway alignment has created a steeper than permitted driveway slope on The northern (downhill) portion of the driveway in spite of our best efforts to bring the grade into compliance. The bulk of the driveway and the uphill portion from: the centerline all fall within the grading parameters.
