Dear Applicant:
I have re-reviewed the above building permit applications for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to working with you on this project.

Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
1.Landscaping:
a.Revisions to L1:
With the addition of the new stairs on the eastern sides of the buildings, it looks like
landscaping will need to be removed – where onsite do you plan on additional landscaping to make up for
this loss? I recognize that there is not much area left outside the building footprint, so I’m open to your
ideas. Please review the landscape plan (L1) and revise as necessary to match the new site plan.
b.Landscaping Bid:
Please provide the landscaping bid (for materials and labor) which will determine the
fee for the landscape inspection and bond amount (the inspection fee is $75 or 1% of the landscape bid,
whichever is greater).
2.Lot Combination:
If this site is still two separate parcels, please contact the Snohomish County Assessor’s
Segregation Department at 425.388.3525 to combine the lots and dissolve the interior lot line. I’ve attached
their “segregation request” form for your convenience.
